Tattoo Raffle – Terms & Conditions (Empire)
This raffle is organized and run by Empire Tattoo.
Eligibility
Participants must be aged 18 or over.
Valid photo ID may be required.
Raffle Entries
There are a total of 25 numbers available.
Each number costs £20.
Participants may purchase one or multiple numbers, subject to availability.
Numbers are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment
All payments must be made in full at the time of entry.
Entries are only confirmed once payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable unless the raffle is cancelled.
Prize
One winner will receive a full-day tattoo session at Empire Tattoo.
The session must be booked in advance and is subject to artist availability.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Winner Selection
The winning number will be selected at random once all 25 numbers are sold.
The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the details provided at entry.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Empire Tattoo reserves the right to redraw.
Tattoo Booking Conditions
The design, placement, and suitability of the tattoo are subject to consultation with the artist.
Standard studio policies apply (including health, safety, and consent forms).
General
Empire Tattoo reserves the right to amend these terms if necessary.
